How we work and how we calculate the cost
We calculate every project individually: first we review the task, then we propose the scope of work, the stages and the cost. One process for websites, apps, Telegram, CRM, advertising and funnels.

Why we calculate every project separately
We do not publish prices: a business-card website and a system with an app, a CRM and payments are tasks of different scale, and a ready-made price from a list rarely matches the real task. So we first review your task and only then name the scope of work and the cost.
What this means for you
An individual calculation is not a “price on request” but a clear path from the task to a contract.
You pay for your own task
The scope includes what your business needs. No ready-made packages where part of the features is unnecessary and the one you need is missing.
Scope and cost are clear before the start
After the review you get a proposal with the scope of work, the stages and the cost. Work starts after you agree and sign the contract.
We agree expenses in advance
Hosting, a domain, service commissions, the advertising budget and other costs outside the team's work are discussed before work starts.
You can start small
Start with one part, for example a website, a bot or a CRM. We add the rest when you are ready.
One team for everything
The website, the app, Telegram, the CRM, advertising and the funnel are built into one system. You do not need to find and coordinate several contractors.
Terms are fixed in a contract
The scope of work, the payment procedure and the terms for handing over the source code and rights to the product are recorded in the contract.
How we work
Seven stages, the same for a website, an app, a Telegram bot, a CRM and advertising: what happens at each stage changes, the order stays. We define the scope of work and the timing after reviewing your task.
01Reviewing the task
We study the business, the customers and the processes: how requests arrive now, where they get lost and what already works. We find out what needs to be built or improved.
What you get: an understanding of the task and options for a solution
02Solution and proposal
We decide what to build: the product, the acquisition channels, the integrations. We prepare the scope of work, the stages and the cost.
What you get: a proposal with the scope of work, the stages and the cost
03Contract and start
We agree the scope of work, the payment procedure and the costs outside the team's work, and record it in a contract.
What you get: a contract and a work plan
04Design
We work out the scenarios, the structure and the interfaces of the product. For advertising and the funnel: the channels, the audiences and the customer journey.
What you get: an agreed structure and layouts
05Building
We develop the website, the app, the bot or the CRM and connect the integrations. We set up advertising, the funnel and analytics.
What you get: a working version delivered in stages
06Testing and launch
We check how everything works on different devices, prepare the infrastructure and publish: on the web, in Telegram or in the app stores. We launch advertising.
What you get: a launched product or advertising campaigns
07Development
Support, improvements and new features under an agreed plan. We improve advertising and the funnel based on the numbers.
What you get: improvements under an agreed plan
Ways to work together
What you can come to us with and how we can work together. We define the format when we review the task.
01Development from scratch
We build a digital product around your business tasks: analyse the processes, design the architecture and interfaces, develop the required features and integrations.
02Evolving an existing product
We improve an existing website, app or digital system. First we review the current architecture and technical condition — the scope is defined by the audit.
03Product and sales system together
A customer application and a business management system with CRM, payments, automation and marketing tools in one project.
04Acquisition and promotion
Advertising on the key platforms, content and the sales funnel. We run it as a separate area or together with product development — then traffic, the website, the bot and the CRM come together as one system.
What the cost depends on
We do not take the price from a list: we calculate it for your task. Here is what affects it in each area.

- Which services need to be connected: payments, messengers, accounting
- The desired launch date and any important dates
- Examples of websites, apps or styles that you like
A ready-made technical specification is not needed: it is enough to tell us about the business and the task, and we will find out the rest at the review stage.
Let's discuss your task
Tell us about your business and what you want to build or improve. We will go through the task and suggest where to start.
