This policy explains what personal data CODE SCALE receives when you use the website codescalemarketing.com and the interactive CODE SCALE demo applications (clinic, coach-demo, demo.property, exchange-demo and restaurant on subdomains of codescalemarketing.com), see our advertising, submit a request through the form on the website or through an advertising form, or contact us; what we use this data for; and how you can manage it.

3.1. Technical data when you visit the website. When you open the website, your browser automatically sends technical information: IP address, browser and device type and version, date and time of the request, the address of the page opened and of the page you came from. This data is received by Cloudflare, Inc., the platform that hosts the website, in order to deliver pages, protect the website and keep technical logs. If you open the website at the address without “www” (codescalemarketing.com), that request is first received by Netlify, Inc.: the service immediately redirects you to www.codescalemarketing.com and receives the same technical information only to carry out this redirect.
3.2. Cookies and visit statistics. The website does not set cookies and does not keep visit statistics. Advertising pixels and third-party analytics systems (for example, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) are not installed on the website. The only thing stored in your browser is the language of the website you have chosen: if you switch the version to English or Russian, your choice is written to the browser's local storage (localStorage) and stays on your device. This record is needed so that the version you chose opens on your next visit, and it is not transmitted to us. If we connect analytics or advertising pixels, we will update this policy and will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
3.3. A request through the form on the website. If you submit the form in the “Contacts” section, we receive what you filled in:
The language of the page and the address of the page from which the request was sent are submitted together with the request. The form has no separate field for a phone number: you specify the contact yourself — it can be an email address, a messenger username or a WhatsApp number. The server side of the form runs on the Cloudflare platform and does not store requests: it immediately passes them on to CODE SCALE's private working chat in Telegram. No other recipients are connected.
3.4. Requests through advertising forms on Facebook and Instagram. If you fill in a request form in our advertising, we receive through Meta the data you submitted:
Meta may pre-fill some fields from your profile — you can check and change them before submitting.
3.5. Data you provide when you contact us. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, we receive what you send yourself and what the platform shows us:
3.6. Demo applications. Everything you do in the demos (for example, choosing services, making bookings and orders, leaving reviews) is stored only in your browser's memory (localStorage) on your device and is not transmitted to us. Names, phone numbers and addresses in the demos are fictitious. You can delete this data by clearing the site data in your browser, and in demos that have a reset button — with it as well. When opened, the clinic and exchange-demo demos load fonts from Google servers (Google Fonts): Google receives the technical data of the request (IP address, browser type, page address).
3.7. Medical and other sensitive data. We ask you not to send patients' medical data or other sensitive information through forms, the website or general communication channels. If such information is sent to us without need, we will take reasonable measures to limit its processing and delete it in accordance with applicable law.

We do not sell your data and do not send you advertising messages without your separate consent. We use request data only to respond to it and for the discussion related to it.

7.1. What they are. Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies are pixels, tags and the browser's local storage.
7.2. What is used on the website now. The website does not set cookies. Of browser technologies, only local storage (localStorage) is used, for one record — the language of the website you chose. This record stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.
7.3. Your choice. You can clear the saved language choice by deleting the site data in your browser settings. After that the website will open in the Russian version, and you can switch to English with the RU | EN button.
7.4. Demo applications use the browser's local storage only for the demo to work; this data stays on your device. There are no analytics or advertising technologies in the demos.

CODE SCALE operates online and is located in the UAE. The services listed in section 8 store and process data on servers in different countries, including outside the UAE and the country where you are located (for example, in European Union countries and the USA). We use such services so that the website works, so that we can receive your request and respond to it through the channel you chose.
Only the owner / administrator of CODE SCALE has access to requests and enquiries. We use services with a secure connection and take reasonable organisational and technical measures proportionate to the nature of the data. No method of transmitting data over the internet guarantees absolute protection. If an incident affecting your data occurs, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent provided by applicable law, you may:
Write to info.codescale@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data”: what you want to do and how you contacted us (website form, advertising form, WhatsApp, Telegram or email). We may ask you to confirm that the request was sent by you. We will respond within the period established by applicable law. You can also delete correspondence in Telegram or WhatsApp using the platform itself.
The website and our advertising are intended for business representatives and are not aimed at persons under 18. CODE SCALE does not deliberately collect personal data of minors.
We update the policy when the website, the technologies used or the legislation change — for example, when we connect new analytics or advertising services. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the update. New purposes of processing that require consent are applied only after we obtain your consent.
